Pilates ProWorks's Terms and Conditions were developed to ensure that our customers are using our facilities and services with due regard to their rights and the rights of other users, and in conformity with Pilates ProWorks's standard and current procedures, rules, regulations and requirements. By accessing, browsing and/or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use this Website.

reservations/charges

In order to make a reservation, you must first own a series (group of classes). To buy a series, you can either create a profile online or call the studio directly. You should be aware that future series prices are subject to change. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Cash. You can reserve classes up to 1 week in advance.

personal data/communications

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. If you use this Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Registration of minors (15-18) must be completed in person at one of our studios with a parent or guardian. Minors over the age of 15 who have submitted a participant/registration waiver signed by a parent or guardian may sign up for classes online. If we discover that personal information has been submitted by a minor without a signed participant/registration waiver, we will delete such information promptly. Pilates ProWorks does not seek or share personal information from minors through this website.

Pilates ProWorks reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. When you visit Pilates ProWorks or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this Website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses Pilates ProWorks.

Privacy

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience. We collect this information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to a newsletter, enter a raffle or contest, fill out a form or enter information on our site. We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

      • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.
      • To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products
      • To follow up with them after correspondence (live chat, email or phone inquiries)

cancellation policy

A 12-hour cancellation notice is required and must be done through the on-line system to avoid any and all late charges. No phone cancellations please. There are two types of cancellation charges, "Late Cancel" and "No Show."

- A Late Cancel charge will occur if you cancel less than 12 hours from the scheduled class time, this charge is $15.

- A No Show charge occurs when you are signed up for a class and do not Show Up OR cancel, this charge is $25.

Your credit/debit card will be charged. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys' fees and collection costs, that Pilates ProWorks may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you. 

Please note, in fairness to all our customers, SPOTS WILL BE RELEASED 5 MINUTES AFTER CLASS BEGINS.

RUNNING LATE: We ask that you call the studio to let us know you are on the way. The front desk will hold a reservation for up to 5 minutes after class begins. Those who are more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted into class as it is too disruptive and unsafe.

LEAVING EARLY: If you're planning on leaving early, we kindly request that you tell the instructor ahead of time.

30 Day guarantee on unlimited memberships

At participating locations only. Valid on full-priced unlimited memberships, not valid with any other discount or offer. We do not guarantee weight loss or any specific results. You must complete 12 classes within the first 30 days of your membership to be eligible for a refund. In order to cancel and request a refund, you must fill out a Refund Request Feedback Form and submit it before your next membership payment goes through. If your next payment is completed, it will be understood that you are satisfied and intend to continue, the guarantee will be void at this time.The 30-day notice to cancel requirement will then become active upon completion of your second payment. Refund processing can take up to 10 days. Late cancel and No Show fees that were incurred during your first month are not subject to refund.

assumption of risk, waiver and release

By signing up for and/or attending classes, events, activities, and other programs and using the premises, facilities and equipment (individually and/or collectively, the “Classes and Facilities”) of PPW Global, LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Pilates ProWorks”), I hereby acknowledge on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in fitness activities and exercise equipment in association with the Classes and Facilities. I acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I also acknowledge that the specific risks vary from one activity to another, but range from (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains; (2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions; and (3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. At all times, I shall comply with all stated and customary terms, posted safety signs, rules, and verbal instructions given to me by staff. If in the subjective opinion of the Pilates ProWorks staff, I would be at physical risk participating in Pilates ProWorks’s Classes, I understand and agree that I may be denied access to the Classes and Facilities until I furnish Pilates ProWorks with an opinion letter from my medical doctor, at my sole cost and expense, specifically addressing Pilates ProWorks’s concerns and stating that Pilates ProWorks’s concerns are unfounded. In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the Classes and Facilities, I hereby (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by me in relation to the Classes and Facilities, (2) release, indemnify, and hold harmless Pilates ProWorks, its direct and indirect parent, subsidiary affiliate entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, representatives and agents, and each of their respective successors and assigns and all others, from any and all responsibility, claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities to the fullest extent allowed by law arising out of or in any way related to participation in the Classes or use of the Facilities, and (3) represent that I (a) have no medical or physical condition that would prevent me from properly using any of Pilates ProWorks’s Classes and Facilities, (b) do not have a physical or mental condition that would put me in any physical or medical danger, and (c) have not been instructed by a physician to not participate in physical exercise. I acknowledge that if I have any chronic disabilities or conditions, I am at risk in using Pilates ProWorks’s Classes and Facilities, and should not be participating in any Classes.
